What is a whistleblowing channel?

The Whistleblowing Channel is the mechanism that DPM Finance makes available to all whistleblowers so that they can report any conduct as established in our Whistleblower Channel Management Policy. Therefore, we recommend that you consult the whistleblower channel management policy.

Who can report?

  • Employees, managers and the governing body of DPM Finanzas.
  • Scholarship holders,
  • Temporary employment agency workers,
  • Collaborators,
  • Suppliers and persons working for or under their supervision,
  • Shareholders,
  • Customers or potential customers,
  • Former employees,
  • Job candidates,
  • Third parties with whom any type of relationship or link may exist, and
  • Any third party who has detected unlawful conduct.

Who can be reported?

It may be communicated or reported about all employees, managers, the sole administrator, or external collaborators of DPM Finance subject to its authority who have committed any irregularity or conduct of those foreseen in the objective scope detailed in the Informant Channel Management Policy.

What behaviors are reportable?

Reportable conduct is that which is included and detailed in the Annex included in the Whistleblower Channel Management Policy and which are listed below:

What is the process for filing a complaint?

To submit a confidential or anonymous report, start by clicking on the “Create a Report” button located just below to complete the form:

  • First, you will need to select the option to Report Issue. Subsequently, you must choose the category that best fits your communication, indicate if you suspect any of the charges involved and accept the terms of use.
  • Next, you must indicate what relationship you have with the company and select whether you want to present the communication anonymously or confidentially. If you make it confidential, you will have to enter your email address.
  • He will then be able to report which people are the subject of the communication, indicate if he has discussed the event with any member of the team and indicate if there are witnesses. Finally, you will need to describe the incident in your own words and in as much detail as possible.
  • You can also send a file of up to 20 MB to support your communication. Please note that if you seek complete anonymity, documents must not contain information about the author.
  • Once you have submitted the communication, you will need to save the identification code and password that will be requested for follow-up. In the event of loss or forgetfulness of any of them, it will not be possible to recover them.

You will be able to check the status of your communication or provide documentation by entering these credentials. Through the secure mailbox, the chosen manager will provide you with feedback on the progress of the case or ask you questions if details need to be clarified; You will remain anonymous during the dialogue if you have set it up.

Additional Notes

Through this tool we guarantee the protection of the person who files the complaint. Therefore, regardless of whether you choose to file the complaint confidentially or anonymously, you will not be asked to provide personal information during the process of submitting the communication.

To this end, if you wish to remain anonymous, we recommend that you do not send any information that can be traced back to you. We also recommend that you do not use a device provided by the company itself to file your report.
