Carlos founded DPM Finanzas in 2013.
Previously, he worked for nine years at Barclays Bank, serving as Director of Investments and Deposits for Spain. Prior to that, he was responsible for insurance and investment products and the private banking team director in Madrid (Wealth management).
Before Barclays, he carried out private banking activities at Bankinter and in investment banking at HSBC Investment Bank.
Holding a double degree in Law and Business Administration, he has a Master’s degree in Portfolio Management from IEB, the European Financial Advisor (EFA) accreditation, and EFPA ESG Advisor™ Certification.”
Alfonso Valdivielso
Partner – Commercial Director and Business Development
Alfonso joined DPM Finanzas in 2016.
Since 2009 he has held various responsibilities as senior manager of Barclays Bank. Being the commercial manager responsible for leading the strategic customer segments for Barclays Bank in Spain and Portugal, both in the private banking and business banking.
He previously held different positions of responsibility in the Private Banking segment at Barclays Bank and Lloyds Bank.
Alfonso holds a Diploma in Banking Education Studies from the Banking Higher Council and the University College of Financial Studies (CUNEF), is a Certified Private Banking Financial Advisor by A.F.I., specialist in Banking and Finance from the I.E.B., holds a Master’s in Finance from the Pontifical University of Comillas, and a Master´s from Barna Consulting Group in management skills.

José Antonio Amado

JOSÉ ANTONIO JOINED DPM FINANZAS IN 2023.
José Antonio has developed most of his professional career in the Private Banking division of Banco Sabadell, holding various senior positions within the high-net-worth division.
José Antonio holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE. He has a Master of Portfolio Management taught by the IEB (No. 1 of the promotion) and a Master of Real Estate Management and Urban Planning by ICADE. Additionally, he holds several accreditations and specialized courses, including the EFPA European Financial Planner certification.
Veronica Oliver

VERONICA JOINED DPM FINANZAS IN 2025.
She has a solid background in portfolio management and ESG financial advisory, having first worked as a portfolio management and advisory support specialist at Indosuez Wealth Management, and later as a Portfolio Manager & ESG Financial Consultant and Data & Analytics specialist, as well as a member of the Investment Committee at Insignium Wealth Management AG (Switzerland) and Insignium Iberia EAF (Spain).
She holds a dual degree in Business Administration & Management and Advertising from Rey Juan Carlos University and a Master’s in Financial Institutions and Markets from CUNEF.
She is certified as a European Financial Advisor (CEFA) and a Certified Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst (CESGA).
Conrado la Roche

Conrado JOINED DPM FINANZAS IN 2022.
Conrado previously spent 3 years as an independent financial advisor with DPM Finanzas. Later, he pursued his career as a wealth manager at Dux Inversiones and currently serves as a private banker at Singular Bank.
Conrado holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Stock Exchange and Financial Markets from I.E.B. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree from ISBIF Finance School in Corporate Finance, Private Equity and Value Investing.
Beatriz López

Beatriz JOINED DPM FINANZAS IN 2021.
Beatriz has more than 20 years of professional experience in financial institutions as team manager and Director of different branches of Barclays in premier locations in Madrid. She has a degree in Business Administration from the European University of Madrid and a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the IEB.
Maksym Shpin
Head of Technology and Transformation
Maksym joined DPM Finance in 2023.
Maksym Shpin has been providing operational support and process optimization services, showing high capabilities in automation and digitalization of processes. So in 2024 he has been appointed Head of Technology and Transformation.
Maksym Shpin Demchuk has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Murcia. He complements his training with a Master’s degree in Finance from the AFI school and a Master’s degree in Financial Markets and Asset Management from the European Business School of Barcelona. In addition, he has the accreditation of European Financial Advisor (EFA) and certification in Financial Advice from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
